The transformers that control your body’s flow of electricity

There are a lot of cultures and healthcare systems who believe that being healthy, disease free, highly energetic, etc aren’t gifts, but realities that apply to everyone. Some say that with the proper body balance, people could live until the age of 135. There is a biochemical link between the mind and the body that redefines health and diseases. Chakras are known as the energy transport highway, they are the center of our networking and body. When the chakras aren't open, we aren’t receiving energy, which is crucial to both our minds and bodies. There are seven major charkas and many other minor charkas.

The major chakras include:

  • Base of the Spine (red, Earth)
  • Lower abdomen (Orange, water)
  • Solar Plexus (Yellow,fire)
  • Heart (green air)
  • Throat (blue, ether)
  • Forehead (Indigo, light),
  • Top of the head (violet, thought)

To keep the chakras open and healthy, you are to do the following exercises: Sit in a chair with your eyes closed, and your feet on the floor. Put your left hand on your forehead and your right hand a bit below your navel (Hold this for three minutes). Lift both arms above your head, press your palms towards the ceiling, close your eyes and focus on your elbows (hold for one minute, breathe deeply through the nose). Hold both of your hands at your heart's center, relax your jaw, close your eyes, and breathe in and out of your mouth.
