Your best defense is a progressive offense: the lymphatic system

The place where good health begins is the lymphatic system, and when you’re unhealthy, your lymph nodes will swell in your neck, and make it very hard for you to swallow. The lymphatic system is comprised of many vessels that help to drain fluid so it can return to the main circulation for distribution. Your lymph nodes contain all of the important Tcells that can help you fight the most difficult diseases, like cancer. Your immune system lies in the lymphatic system. It’s crucial to pay attention to your immune system regularly to prevent problems before they progress (Most people don’t pay attention to the immune system until it is under attack...BAD IDEA). The lymphocytes attack foreign chemicals, bacteria, viruses, and pollutants, in order to fight off disease and illness.

There are a number of lymph nodes within the body, it’s just a matter of knowing where they are:

  • Head and neck
  • chest
  • stomach, and the
  • lower body.

To keep all of your lymph nodes happy, you have to exercise! Activities such as, Walking, sit-ups, push-ups, jumping on a trampoline, biking, meditation, etc will keep your lymph nodes in good shape. You can also keep your lymph nodes healthy by partaking in bodywork such as Lymphatic massage (drains lymph’s, and promotes positive movement), Lymphodema (after surgery), Polarity lymphatic balance (creates good energy flow), and foot reflexology (stimulates lymphatic reflexes).

On a more personal note, here are a few day to day things you can do to support your lymph nodes: Fasting, do a colon cleanse, sweat, eat good fats, and drink water every hour on the hour.

Immunity herbs include: Echinacea, golden seal, garlic, ginseng, liquorices, and astragaluses.

“You have everything you need to do what you want, you have everything you want to do what you need."
