Some ideas to help reduce your winter stress...

Silence relieves constant stimulation, and disordered mental chatter.

Go to bed earlier so you have time to ease out of bed in the morning, which is always positive.

Make working flexible, if possible, ask for vacation days or work only four days a week for a short period of time.

Taking more vitamins is good for any time of year, but especially in the winter when our immune system has to face extra challenges.

Breathing deeply is a very old and effective way to achieve tranquility.  Drink organic juices (especially carrot).

Take the time to rest more to preserve your immune system.

Sweating cleanses the body of toxins; hot tubs and saunas work extremely well.

Flush your nasal cavities weekly.

Drink lots of water, it helps to balance the minerals in your body (coffee is not sufficient).
